Spring is finally here!!
Construction of building structures has progressed to
substantial completion!! Installation of
foundation walls, footings, under-slab plumbing, concrete slabs, and rough
framing has been completed.
Dry-in activities are nearing completion as all roofing,
house wrap, and window installation is complete. Entry door units have been
installed at buildings 200, 500 and 600 and installation is now underway at
buildings 300 and 400. Exterior door units for the community building have
still not been delivered to the site.
MEP rough-in continues to progress and should be complete
within the next 7-10 days. Rough-ins are complete at the community building and
buildings 200, 500 and 600. Rough-ins are currently underway at buildings 300
and 400. Installation of drywall for attic draftstopping was found to be
complete at buildings 200, 500 and 600, along with “pre-rock” installation
within the HVAC closets. Wall insulation is also complete at buildings 200, 500
and 600.
