July 2012 Update

All of our units have now recieved certificates of occupancy and are ready for move ins!  In fact 34 of our apartments are already occupied.  The response to our property has been tremendous in the community and we expect that all of apartments will be occupied by August 15th!  You will still notice some work on the site. We are putting the final touches on our landscaping and our sign is expected to be installed by the end of August.  A special thanks to everyone in the community and everyone involved in the construction and lease up on making our property a success.

June 2012 Update

Good news!  Our community center is now open and we are accepting applications in our new building.  In other news on the property, flooring is being installed in the units, sidewalks are now completely in, all of the irrigation lines are in, the planting of shrubs has commenced and all of the site lighting is installed.

We expect to recieve certificates of occupancy for some of our buildings in July and for some of our new residents to begin moving into their new homes!

May 2012 Update

It has been a busy month at Conners Senior Village.  All exterior paint is now complete.  HVAC systems are now installed.  Sidewalks are 25% complete.  The main entries to our property are now being completed.  The landscaper has begun installing the irrigation lines.

We expect our community center will open in early June and our leasing team will be accepting applications in our brand new building!

April 2012 Update

Exterior finishes are now in the completion stage and interior finishes are in progress on all buildings.  Doors, trim, cabinets, fixtures, interior painting and flooring are now being installed in all buildings at one stage or another.

Despite our early weather delays, we are on track to finish early and expect to be ready for occupancy by July 1st!

March 2012 Update

Good weather is starting to settle in...

All buildings are now dried in.  Rough-in of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems has been completed in all buildings.  Wall insulation is complete in all buildings. 

Now we are really getting somewhere!

February 2012 Update

Finally we are nearly dried in on the majority of our buildings and can combat mother nature.  Framing activities are substantially complete.  Roofing is complete on buildings 2, 4-9.  Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing rough ins are complete on all buildings.

Wall insulation is installed on buildings 5-7 and 9.

January 2012 Update

In spite of the pestering rain, we are making good progress with regards to construction.  Installation of all building foundations, under-slab plumbing and concrete slabs are complete.  Framing activities are under way on all buildings.

Installation of the roofing is complete on buildings 6 and 9.  Rough-in of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems is now under way at several buildings.
