Seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, we're almost there!
Installation of curb and gutter is substantially complete
and installation of the graded aggregate paving base has been installed.
Concrete sidewalk construction is 98% complete and concrete paving at the
dumpster pads has been completed. Concrete pads have been poured for the
community garden, picnic area, and other areas where site amenities are
located. Connection of utility services to the buildings has been completed,
including sanitary sewer and water meters. Permanent power was noted to be in
place at buildings 2, 3 and 5.
Construction of building structures has progressed to
substantial completion!! Installation of foundation walls, footings,
under-slab plumbing, concrete slabs, and rough framing has been completed.
Dry-in activities are complete as all roofing, house wrap, window and entry
door/patio door installation are now complete.
MEP rough-in work is now complete and finishes are in
progress at each building.
Installation of brick veneer, soffit, fascia and siding was
found to be substantially complete. Construction
of the roof additions over the breezeways stairs has been completed and include
roofing shingles and siding repairs. Exterior
painting has occurred at each building and is estimated to be 85% complete.
Installation of porch and breezeway railings has been completed at Building 600
and is underway at Building 200 and 500. HVAC condensing units have been set at
buildings 200, 500 and 600 and breezeway lighting fixtures were confirmed to be
installed at Building 600.
Interior finishes have progressed well and drywall
installation is now complete at all buildings with finishing of the drywall
remaining to be completed only at Building 400. Installation of interior trim,
doors and the prime coat of paint are complete at buildings 200, 300, 500 and
600 and interior painting is estimated to be 85% complete at buildings 200, 500
and 600. Cabinetry, electrical devices, plumbing fixtures, and appliances are
now installed at buildings 200, 500 and 600m and installation of door and bath
hardware, shelving, and mirrors is underway at each of these buildings.
Laminated vinyl plank and sheet vinyl flooring have also been installed at
buildings 200, 500 and 600.
