Moving along…
Framing activities continue to progress and are 65-70%
complete. Framing is complete at the Community Building, Building 200 and
Building 500. Installation of roof decking was underway at Building 600. Stair
and deck framing is complete at Buildings 200 and 500.
Dry-in activities have also progressed as roofing is now in
place at the Community Building, Building 200, and Building 500. MEP rough-in
is now underway. Plumbing rough-in was is 90% complete at Buildings 200 and
500, with only installation of tubs remaining to be completed. Fire sprinkler
and electrical rough-in are complete at Buildings 200 and 500. HVAC rough-in is
complete at Building 500 and approximately 90% complete at Building 200 and the
Community Building.
