Temporary Certificates of Occupancy have been issued and we’re
moving in!
Temporary Certificates of Occupancy (“TCOs”) have been
issued for all buildings and the property was 100% occupied as of August
31! We’re very excited to bring this
quality development to the residents of Villa Rica and Douglas county. Our residents have moved in and are loving
it! Some quick notes on the status of
final wrap-up work is below.
Construction of building structures has progressed to
substantial completion.
Both exterior and interior building finishes are now
considered to be substantially complete and units are now occupied in each
building.
A limited amount of exterior punch-list work remains to be
completed and mostly consists of final cleaning, caulking, and touch-up
painting.
