Installation of curb and gutter is approximately 85-90%
complete and fine grading to be similarly complete. Concrete sidewalk
installation was found to be approximately 75% complete.
Construction
of building structures has progressed to substantial completion. Installation
of foundation walls, footings, under-slab plumbing, concrete slabs, and rough
framing has been completed. Dry-in activities are complete as all roofing,
house wrap, window and entry door/patio door installation are now complete.
Exterior finishes continue to progress. Installation of
brick veneer is now complete at each residential building and is approximately
80% complete at the community building.
Interior finishes have progressed fairly well and are
limited to Buildings 200, 500 and 600. Installation and finishing of drywall,
the prime coat of paint, interior trim and door installation, LVT flooring in
the kitchens, and sheet vinyl flooring in the bathrooms is complete at each of
these buildings. Cabinet installation is currently complete at Building 500 and
600 and underway at Building 200. Electrical device installation is underway at
Building 500 and 600.
