Now the fun starts!
Framing underway at the community building!
Construction of building structures has progressed well.
Construction of all foundation walls and waterproofing is now complete and
modular-block wing wall extensions have been completed at buildings 200, 500,
and 600. Both under and over-slab plumbing is under way on all buildings and
complete on three.
Concrete slabs have been poured at the Community Building,
at the lower side of Building 200, and at the upper and lower sides of
buildings 500 and 600.
Framing activities have just commenced. Framing is currently
under way at the Community Building which is estimated to be around 75% framed.
Framing of the lower-level walls was also found to be under way at Building
600. A limited amount of framing materials is currently on-site including floor
trusses for Building 600. Framing progress is expected to increase now that the
Thanksgiving holiday is over.
